Our standard domestic shipping delivers within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen factors.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan the package into their system.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to check on it for you.

Order Modifications

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team shortly after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer modify it.


Lost or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging.
    We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work directly with the carrier.
    If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order for free.
